As a dietary supplement, consume one serving with approximately 50-100ml of water. Patented Creatine HCI can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with your other favorite Kaged Muscle products.
If you do not consume other sources of creatine, consume 2 servings with 100-150ml of water before and after training. On non-training days, consume 4 servings at once upon waking with 150-200ml of water.
