​In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation (Law 2251/1994, as in force), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to provide justification.
Conditions for Returns

The right of return applies only if the following conditions are met:

The packaging remains intact and sealed, with no signs of opening or damage.

The product is kept in its original condition, without alteration, damage, or reduction of its commercial value.

The product is accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.

Return Procedure

The customer must notify the company in writing (via email or contact form) of their intention to return the product, within 14 days of receipt.

After confirmation, the product must be sent to the company’s address at the customer’s responsibility and expense.

The company will receive the product and check its condition.

If the conditions are met, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 14 calendar days from the approval of the return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Accepted Returns

Products with opened or damaged packaging.

Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.

Products returned after the 14-day deadline.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer, unless the product is defective or the company has made an error in the shipment.
