Supercarb Xpress combines carbohydrates from five different sources, with varying absorption rates (fast and slow). Scientific research shows that performance in extensive workouts is limited by depleted glycogen stores in the muscles. These are best replenished with increased carbohydrate intake. More glycogen = better workouts.
The carbohydrates in Supercarb Xpress have varying glycemic indexes, some provide quick energy for a short period, while others provide a steady supply for a longer period, ensuring full performance in every phase of exercise.
In addition, it includes chromium and vitamin B6. Chromium contributes to the stabilization of blood sugar levels, while vitamin B6 reduces fatigue and exhaustion.
