BioTech USA Iso Whey Zero protein is a high quality whey isolate protein with approximately 84% protein content. It is low in carbohydrates, sugar, fat and lactose. It contains additional amino acids such as BCAA (branched chain) and L-Glutamine, which help in rapid muscle recovery after exercise. Its absorption is fast, and it is suitable for athletes seeking to grow and maintain muscle mass, as well as for those on a diet.
The milk comes directly from the Netherlands, where the cows are fed grass-based feed and can graze freely for most of the year.
After pasteurization, instead of further high-temperature processing, there is an additional low-temperature filtration step to ensure the elimination of bacteria and reduce the fat and sugar content of the starting material.
This process allows the lactose content of the starting material to be reduced without enzymatic treatment or chemical additives. As a result, the product contains at least 64% less lactose compared to similar products on the market.
Thanks to the multiple filtrations and continuous purification of the starting material, there is no need for enzymatic treatment to achieve a reduced lactose content. In addition, it contains more protein fractions that support the immune system than starting materials using traditional filtration. This high-tech process has led to perfect harmony, allowing more people to consume protein.
