Swanson Shilajit Extract 400mg 60 VCaps
A foundational ingredient in the Ayurvedic tradition, Shilajit is a concentrated source of trace minerals and fulvic acid derived from mineral tar. Shilajit is used as a systemic tonic and adaptogen, often in combination with other Ayurvedic formulas. Swanson Shilajit Extract features a classic formulation purified with the historic Ayurvedic herbal combination Triphala, which includes the herbs Amla, Harada and Baharda in equal proportions. Standardized to 5% fulvic acid.
