It is based on StimuCal™ MicroCrystalline HydroxyApatite (MCHA), a natural source of calcium derived from free-range New Zealand calves. It is recommended to take 2 capsules, 3 times a day (total of 6 capsules per day) with meals to facilitate maximum absorption or alternatively as directed by a physician.
