Osavi Nattokinase is based on the patented ingredient Fermokinase. Nattokinase is a natural enzyme extracted from natto, a traditional Japanese food produced through the microbial fermentation of soybeans with the bacterium Bacillus subtilis (or Bacillus natto).

Each vegetable capsule provides 100mg of fermented soybean extract, the maximum permitted daily dose of the enzyme, yielding a high enzymatic activity of 2,000FU (fibrinolytic units). Fermokinase is produced under strictly controlled conditions and is characterized by the absence of vitamin K2.
