Mix 2x1 serving (2x7.5 g = 2x1.5 scoops) of product with 2x100 ml of water in a shaker. Drink half of one serving 15 minutes before your workout session and the other half during the workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Warning: High caffeine content [200 mg caffeine per serving (200 mg caffeine per 100 ml in the ready-to-drink beverage)]. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended for those with cardiovascular diseases (including high blood pressure) and caffeine sensitivity. Not recommended with known medical conditions and/or while taking medications.
