BCAA+B6 contains leucine, isoleucine and valine amino acids in a ratio of 2:1:1. With added Vitamin B6 that helps the normal protein and glycogen metabolism and it participates in the normal energy-yielding metabolic processes and the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.

Ingredients: BCAA Complex (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, stearic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
As a dietary supplement, consume 4 BCAA+B6 tablets daily. For best results, consume 2 tablets 30 minutes before training and 2 more tablets immediately after training. Do not exceed recommended daily allowance.
