Creatine monohydrate 56%, capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulators (ammo- nium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide)], anti-caking agents (calcium phosphates, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), creatine pyruvate 7.7%, L-Arginine hydrochloride 5.1%, L-Leucine 5%, L-Citrulline 2.8%, L-Tyrosine 1.7%, nicotinic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustacean, molluscs and sulphur dioxide containing foods.
On training days, take 1x6 capsules daily with a glass of water before your workout. On rest days, take 1x6 capsules daily before your meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose!
